I have proudly offered affordable services to the real estate needs of Eugene, Springfield and the surrounding areas of Oregon since 2016. I offer a variety of photo and video packages that take advantage of creative angles and utilize aerial perspectives.
Custom shoots are also available. Listings located outside the Eugene and Springfield area may require a modest travel fee.

Photo Showcase
A Photo Showcase ensures the proper sizing and formatting of your photos to meet MLS criteria, guaranteeing optimal presentation. Each image is framed to capture the property's most appealing features and intricacies. Furthermore, each photo undergoes a process of color correction and color grading, adhering to the highest standards of professional quality and accentuating the details of every living area. As a result, rooms exude a warm, welcoming and spacious ambiance, contributing to a visually compelling representation of your property. Sky replacement is also included to help brighten the vibe for the days when weather is not looking its best.
•Packages are available in 32 photos or 48 photos.
•Dusk shoots are available and easily negotiated.
•Before & After progress shoots are available and easily negotiated.

Video Showcase
A Video Showcase is an excellent way to take a buyer on a visual tour of your listing. These showcases go beyond static images, providing a cinematic journey through each space, revealing its unique features, and creating a compelling narrative that resonates with viewers.
A graphic overlay with an address bar and listed property assets is included with each video as well as copyright free music that's safe for YouTube. Branded videos with your brand and contact information displayed in the video are also easily negotiated.
•Video Showcases are available in 1 minute, 1 ½ minute and 2 minute durations.
•Custom Showcases and durations are easily negotiated.
•Dusk shoots are available and easily negotiated!
•Before & After progress shoots are available and easily negotiated!
•Video delivery is typically delivered within 3 days.

Aerial Photo & Video
Aerial perspectives offer captivating insight into property surroundings and architectural features, and drone shots are included in all Photo and Video Showcases as a part of those packages. This immersive approach not only enhances the visual appeal of your listings but also allows prospective buyers to appreciate the scale, layout, and context of the property in a way that traditional photography cannot achieve.
